Индивидуальные решения для обслуживания путей

Our railroad ballast tamping excavator series includes 5 weight ranges: 8–9 ton, 10–12 ton, 13–15 ton, 17–18 ton and 23-ton model, available in two configurations: wheeled type and crawler type. All machines support three types of tamping attachments: single tamping head, standard double tamping head and adjustable curve double tamping head to satisfy every track maintenance demand.
Compact 8–12 ton mini excavators feature tiny turning radius. Equipped with single tamping head, they easily access tight spaces such as station turnouts, light rail narrow tracks and industrial sidings for partial ballast compaction. 13–18 ton medium machines balance mobility and downforce, compatible with both single and double tamping heads for routine maintenance and settlement repair on intercity & branch lines; the standard double head doubles working efficiency on straight tracks. The heavy-duty 23-ton wheeled excavator delivers maximum weight and hydraulic power, matching the heavy adjustable curve double tamping unit. Its adjustable horizontal spacing between two tamping picks fits curved tracks of all radii to eliminate incomplete compaction caused by offset sleepers.
